What Is a Backorder?

• Item temporarily out of stock
• Still available for purchase
• Ships as soon as inventory arrives

What Is a Preorder?

• Item not yet released
• Reserve before launch
• Ship date listed on product page

Payment Timing

• Credit Cards: Charged when item ships
• PayPal/Digital Wallets: Charged at checkout
• Gift Cards: Charged immediately

Shipping Timeline

• Estimated ship dates listed on product page
• Delays may occur due to supply chain
• Updates sent via email

Multiple Items in Order

• Items may ship separately
• No extra shipping charge
• Tracking provided for each shipment

Cancellations

• Cancel anytime before shipment
• Go to Order History → Select Order → Cancel Item
• Refunds issued to original method
