Curbside Pickup

Fast, contact-free pickup at select store locations.

How It Works

1. Shop online as usual
2. Select "Store Pickup" at checkout
3. Choose a store offering curbside pickup
4. Wait for the Ready for Pickup email
5. Follow instructions to check in

Picking Up Your Order

• Park in designated curbside spots
• Open the app and tap "I'm Here"
• Or call number posted on signage
• Provide your name + order number
• Have ID ready for verification

What to Bring

• Photo ID
• Order confirmation email
• Payment card (if required)

Pickup Window

• Pickup available during store hours
• Orders held for 7 days
• Unclaimed orders refunded after hold period

Large Orders

• Some items may require assistance
• Staff can load items into your trunk
• For heavy items, call ahead to prepare

Unable to Pick Up?

You can designate someone else:

• Add pickup person during checkout
• Or call store to update details
• Pickup person must show ID
