Tracking Your Package
- Log in to your account
- Go to "Order History"
- Select your order
- Click "Track Package"
- View live tracking details
Tracking for Guest Orders
If you checked out as a guest:
- Open your confirmation email
- Click "Track Order" link
- Enter email + order number if prompted
Tracking Updates
You’ll receive:
- Order Confirmation: Immediately
- Processing Update: When your order is packed
- Shipped Notification: With tracking number
- Out for Delivery: Morning of delivery
- Delivered Notification: When dropped off
Common Tracking Statuses
- Label Created: Carrier awaiting package
- In Transit: Package moving between facilities
- Out for Delivery: Arriving today
- Delivered: Package delivered to address
Tracking Not Updating?
This is normal if:
- Package recently handed to carrier
- Carrier experiencing delays
- Weather or holidays cause backlogs
If no updates for 3+ days, contact support.
Multiple Packages
- Orders may ship in multiple boxes
- Each package has its own tracking
- Tracking links appear in your order details
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it:
- Check porch, side door, garage
- Ask household members
- Check with neighbors
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark early
If still missing, contact customer service.
