Accepted Payment Methods

• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Store gift cards
• Afterpay (4 payments)
• Shop Pay installments

Billing Process

Credit/Debit Cards:

• Authorization hold placed at checkout
• Charge completed when item ships
• Holds may take 3–5 days to disappear

PayPal & Digital Wallets:

• Charged immediately at checkout
• Adjustments processed automatically

Updating Payment Methods

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Account Settings → Payment Methods
3. Add, remove, or update card details
4. Save changes

Failed Payments

Common reasons:

• Incorrect billing address
• Insufficient funds
• Bank declined transaction
• Expired card
• Temporary bank holds

If payment fails, try another method or contact your bank.

Tax Information

• Sales tax applied based on shipping address
• Tax shown at checkout
• Some states tax shipping fees

Refunds to Payment Methods

• Refunds return to original method
• Processing: 5–7 business days
• Gift card refunds return as gift card balance
