Purchasing Gift Cards

Choose physical or eGift
Select or enter amount
Add recipient information (eGift)
Personalize message
Choose delivery date
Add to cart and checkout

Using Gift Cards

Online:

Add items to cart
Proceed to checkout
Enter gift card number
Enter PIN if applicable
Click "Apply"
Balance deducted from order

In Store:

Present card at checkout
Associate will scan card
Remaining balance on receipt

Checking Balance

View remaining balance:

Visit "Gift Card Balance" page
Enter card number and PIN
Or call 1-800-555-GIFT
Balance shown on receipts
No fees or expiration

Multiple Gift Cards

Using more than one:

Apply up to 5 cards per order online
Unlimited cards in store
Combine with other payment methods
Use remaining balance on future purchases

Gift Card Terms

Never expires
No fees for inactivity or balance
Valid online and in stores
Cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law)
No returns or exchanges on gift cards
Treat like cash if lost or stolen

Lost or Stolen Cards

Protect your gift card:

Register card online (recommended)
Keep receipt and card number
If lost, contact customer service
Registered cards can be replaced
Unregistered cards cannot be replaced
Remaining balance transferred to new card
